- In 2023, applicants for the Indonesian Government Scholarship must be under 35 years old.
- The minimum educational requirement for eligibility is a bachelor’s degree; master’s degree holders are ineligible.

- The KNB Scholarship management has written a letter and a scholarship agreement.
