Turkish Scholarship, also known as Türkiye Burslar, is a fully funded programme that is offered for studies leading to bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. Eligibility Criteria of the Turkey Burslari Scholarships 2023:
The following requirements must be met by applicants for the Turkish Government Scholarship 2023.
Eligible Countries:
- The Turkey Scholarships are open to applicants from all nations.
- If you have already graduated or will do so before August 2023, you are eligible to apply.
- At the time of application, you should not be enrolled in any Turkish university.
Age Criteria:
- In order to enrol in an undergraduate programme, you must be younger than 21.
- For a Master’s programme, you must be under 30 years old.
- For the doctorate programme, you must be under 35.
The minimum academic achievement:
- 70% of applicants are for bachelor’s degrees.
- 75% of those applying are for master’s and doctorate degrees.
- The minimum grade point average required for applicants to the health sciences, which includes medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy, is 90%.

- Make an account on the website of the scholarship from here
- Applications can only be made individually through www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr by the candidates.
- There are no institutions or persons authorized to apply for Turkey Scholarships.
- Candidates are strongly advised to read the instructions and warnings in the application system carefully.
- Applicants are required to submit and upload the necessary documents to the application system.
- Applications delivered by post, courier, or by hand will not be accepted.
- Applications are free of charge.
- Turkey Scholarships include both scholarship and university placement at the same time.
- Applicants will be placed in a university and program among their 12 preferences which they choose in the application system

Selection Criteria for the Turkish Scholarships 2023:
The selection would be made based on the following aspects:
- academic achievement.
- social activities in a proactive manner.
- inspiration for the pertinent field.
- A preliminary evaluation will be followed by an expert evaluation.
- fifteen to thirty minute interview.
- The final judgement of the selection committee will thereafter be approved.
