With a USA internship, you can prove your worth while gaining beneficial on-the-job training and experience. The following are the unique financial perks of the 2023 Woods Hole Internships:
- Each year, the number of fellows varies. There are typically 25 to 30 fellows each summer.
- A weekly stipend is provided. The summer stipend in 2023 is $680 per week.
- Travel: Up to $700 for round-trip airfare to Woods Hole, USA
- Housing: Two single beds per room in a communal apartment.
- Foreign applicants will help fellowships secure the required J-1 Visa documentation.
- Under the MIT-WHOI Joint Program, the Fellows will also have the chance to network with current graduate students.
